Today was one of the most memorable days during the trip. We first went to an old historic temple which was one of the landmarks in Shanghai. It was gigantic.We then went to a shopping district which was near the temple. The Muslim teacher from Montford showed me where the Muslim restaurant was located (A Muslim restaurant near a temple is a bit ridiculous). Instead of going to the restaurant i went to the Coffee Bean near there ( Yes, Coffee Bean is halal). After lunch we went shopping. I had $20 RMB (Around S$4) left, so i bargained for a fan which was $19 RMB. Went I got nearer to the meeting point, I saw my friends and joined them. One of them had been conned and they want me to follow them to report. Soon the tour guide called the police. The boss gave face for my friend $1oo+ RMB. We then went to the Shanghai Urban Planning Museum which was getting ready for an expo. I did not do anything much, Jeremy,Mervin and some other guys sat together and listened to funny songs. We then went to "Raffles City" for more shopping. Instead, Jeremy, Evan, Eugene and I went to the arcade to play shooting games. Before we went back to assemble we went to the mall to window shop. The original converse shoes there was MUCH cheaper than ones sold in Singapore.
